MSU Sociology faculty's books set for September release
Dr. Leslie Hossfeld, Dr. Rachel Allison and Dr. Margaret A. Hagerman have books set for release September 2018. The three highly anticipated books have respective focus areas on food insecurity, gender inequality in professional sport, and children’s racial perception in America.

MSU PhD Sociology student, Brian Tesch, is the winner of the 2018 Gender Studies Paper Competition. The title of his paper is “Legislating Equality: A Brief History of the Rise and Fall (and Rise and Fall) of the Equal Rights Amendment.”
