Kelli Russell’s current research focuses on farmers’ perspectives on government agricultural programs and resources. She is a graduate instructor at Mississippi State University and a past winner of the MSU President’s Commission on the Status of Women Outstanding Graduate Student Award. Kelli’s most recent publications include technical reports for the Southeastern Health Equity Council, the Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers Policy Research Center at Alcorn State University, and the Northeast Regional Development Center at The Pennsylvania State University.
