Destiny Welch, Sociology undergraduate student and soon to be graduate student, presented her research at the Honor’s Undergraduate Showcase this August.

Her presentation used data from the Add Health lab in the department. The presentation was the result of a summer research assistantship with Dr. Ralston where Destiny researched causes of late life depression.

Her poster was titled "Later Life Depression Among Older Women and the Relationship to Early-on Domestic Violence by Social Class.”
